All packages include the following charges - per person fee, labor fee, operating fee and sales tax.

OPERATING FEE

15% in OC, SD, LA County, 18% Operating Fee in select counties.

Includes: ABC 58 License, Liquor Liability Insurance, Stocking & Restocking of Product, Vehicle Transportation, Event Scheduling/Planning.

LABOR

  • All staff is charged based upon when staff arrive onsite at event.
  • All staff have a minimum of 4 hours at each event.
  • We recommend one bartender per 75 guest.

    • $90 per hour on overtime over 12 hours
